A Mixed-Use 22 story tower for El Paso.

Meyers Group out of Florida is putting  a 22 story $100+ million highrise by the corner of Sunland Park Drive and Mesa Street on a currently vacant lo, on Shadow Mountain Dr.

The tower with a mix of 228 apartment units, 219 hotel units, 42,000 Sq Ft of retail space, 5 story garage, terraces and a pool deck will be unique for El Paso.

“We see significant potential for growth in El Paso and are currently identifying strategic opportunities to invest, develop or renovate multiple properties in the region,” said Stuart I. Meyers, Chairman and CEO of the Meyers Group, in a press release announcing the El Paso office, that was opened in 2015.

Currently no timeline for construction is disclosed, but city stuff has indicated the majority of construction will be completed by 2019.
